About Trimotech

Trimotech is a small AI and software studio in Markham, Ontario. We partner with businesses to find the work that is wearing their team down and take it off their plate: with a smart automation where that is enough, with an app for web, iPhone or Android where it is not, and with a website that brings the work in. We work with businesses across the Greater Toronto Area, and we come to you.

Why we started

Most businesses we meet have already bought into AI, hoping it would save time, and still have the same long weeks. Statistics Canada counts about one in five Canadian businesses using AI, and many of them still key in their invoices by hand. A subscription to a chatbot is not the same as taking work off anyone. Somebody has to sit down with the team, find the job worth automating, build the solution and keep it running. We started Trimotech to be that somebody: human expertise, accelerated by AI.

The founders

Trimotech was founded by three partners:

Between us, we have been building reliable software for web, iOS and Android since long before AI was the headline. So when a job needs more than an automation, such as an app your crew uses on a phone, an app for your customers, or something that talks to your accounting system, we build that too.

How we work with you

Every bigger project runs the same way, and you are involved at each step. First the Audit: two weeks learning how the work actually gets done, not how the process document says it does, and what is worth automating. Then the First Win: four weeks, fixed price, the biggest bottleneck on the list taken off your team and running in your own systems. Then Operate, monthly, because technology keeps moving and we stay by your side to keep what we built working.

What you can expect from us

• An honest answer. If a job is not worth automating, we will tell you on the first call, rather than sell you an Audit to find out.
• Your data, in writing. Before anything connects to anything, you get it in writing: what the software sees, where it is processed and what gets kept.
• A way to switch it off. Everything we build can be turned off if it misbehaves, and your team is trained on it before we leave.
• Fixed prices. Clear numbers up front, and no meter running while we work.
